31350 — Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using platform 31350. By registering for or using any service on this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree, please discontinue your use of the platform.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the 31350 platform.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing or using platform 31350, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all the terms and conditions contained in this document, together with all related policies incorporated herein by reference. This acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and platform 31350 ("Platform").
To use the 31350 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- Not located in a jurisdiction where use of this platform is prohibited or restricted under local law.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Register using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information — you may not misrepresent yourself as another person.
31350 reserves the right to decline registration or terminate the account of any user found not to meet the above eligibility requirements without prior notice.

Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 31350 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without notice. During registration, you are required to provide your full name, valid contact information, and any other requested details. All information provided must be accurate at the time of registration and updated should any changes occur.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials, including your password, confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 31350 immediately. The platform is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence.
Users agree not to use the 31350 platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose. This includes a strict prohibition on attempting to hack or disrupt platform systems, using automated software (bots) for gameplay or transactions, sharing or selling account access, and engaging in any form of financial fraud or misconduct. Violations of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action where applicable.
31350 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account at any time for reasons including: breach of these terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, inaccurate registration information, or at the request of a competent authority. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation may be ineligible to re-register. Valid balances in accounts terminated for administrative reasons (not violations) will be processed in accordance with the platform's internal procedures.
Payment Information, Deposits, and Transactions
All financial transactions on platform 31350 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods, including FPX (online banking), bank transfers, and available e-wallets. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method you use belongs to you and is legally valid.
Deposits made to your account are generally processed almost instantly, though actual processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and other technical factors. Platform 31350 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet operators.
Fund withdrawals are processed in accordance with the platform's internal procedures, which may require identity verification prior to processing. The platform reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security review or compliance purposes. Users agree that they will not use the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
Any dispute relating to a transaction must be reported to 31350 customer support within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes reported after this period may not be resolvable to a satisfactory outcome.

Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limit
Platform 31350 makes no guarantee that its services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, platform 31350, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business disruption.
The platform's maximum liability to any user under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by that user to the platform in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, interfaces, software, and other materials on the 31350 platform are owned by or licensed to the platform and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform materials without the express written consent of 31350.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Third-Party Links & Services
Platform 31350 may integrate with or reference third-party services such as game software providers, payment processors, and streaming providers. The platform is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, security, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms and conditions.
Changes to These Terms
Platform 31350 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the changes made, you must stop using the platform and may request the closure of your account.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels and, where necessary, through the appropriate courts of Malaysia.

- Viewing your own transaction history and account activity
- Using bots, automated software, or scripts during gameplay
- Attempting to exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities
- Coordinating across multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage
- Conducting transactions for the purpose of money laundering
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through fraudulent means
- Immediate account suspension or closure
- Freezing and forfeiture of balances related to violations
- Reporting to the relevant authorities where required
- Civil or criminal legal action depending on the severity of the case
- Permanent ban from re-registering on the platform
